Evil West Review (Playstation 5)
Story - The story in itself was really interesting. I just wish there was more to it. It seemed very short and to the point, which isn't a problem. But it kinda just fell short because of it. Gameplay - It was oddly addicting. The many combat styles made every fight/encounter a fun filled battle of vamp killing mechanics. Graphics - I liked the comic style they went with. It added to their overall original style of the game. Though at times it felt dated. Difficulty - It had its moments when I didn't think I would ever win, but...
GunGrave G.O.R.E Review (Playstation 5)
Story - The story is pretty interesting. It didn't keep me too invested, And with the kind of game it is, that's not totally a problem. It's an arcade shooter, You're getting exactly what you pay for. Gameplay - It's pretty addicting but in an okay way. By that I mean, it's fun, but kind of got boring, yet I couldn't stop. All of the combat styles are fun but I kinda felt like it was homework trying to remember everything. Graphics - The graphics are great. They compliment the fast-paced life of this game. PS5 worthy. Difficulty - I...
New Tales from The Borderlands Review (Playstation 5)
Story - The story kept up the borderlands style. It was kooky, funny in it's own way, and at times badass. I was a bit skeptical going in, after B3, but all of the Tiny Tina games made me fall in love with the series again. I liked the 3-protag aspect but at times I felt like it was too split. Too used to single protag stories. Gameplay - I was skeptical when learning that telltale had no part in this, but the did a very good job with the play style. It's everything you'd expect from a borderlands point...
Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core; Reunion (Playstation 5)
Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core Reunion is the prime example of how remakes should be made. Square Enix does it again with this nostalgia title. I remember playing the original version on PSP and already thought the game was ahead of it's time. Playing now, is refreshing in every way. The gameplay is addictive, the story is amazing, the graphics are beautiful, and the music is on point all the way through. I may fall victim to being biased, but this game seems to be the perfect execution of any remake that's been done. It's great for returing fans, and...
Star Ocean: The Divine Force Review (Playstation 5)
Story - This story felt like a throwback to everything Star Ocean. I felt like I was playing 'til the end of time. I love the dual protagonist system, but I hate that it makes you play the game all over from scratch for the second character. I would've much rather a dual path system in a single playthrough. When the characters split, you get to play one character, and then play the other character to get the full story. But unfortunately, you miss the other half of the story unless you play the game all over again. I'm simply...
