EverForward, Pathea Games -

From Pathea Games comes EverFoward the heart ending story that leaves 80% up to interpretation. But that's this genre of games. Extreme puzzler with a sad, mysterious heartfelt story. The graphics are beautiful and the puzzles are quite challenging until you get used to everything. My problem with these games is that, the way they are built is that you could be doing to right thing, but it just won't work. I found myself doing the right method, but the conclusion just didn't stick, so I repeated the process over and over until it finally just clicked. I would've liked...

DOMO Studio, Xuan Yuan Sword 7 -

From DOMO Studio comes Xuan Sword 7, the first Western release of any title in the series! This game would've been amazing, 8/10 if it came out on the PS3, not saying it's bad in any way, it's just a bit dated in a more than one way. It's actually amazing when you look at the 8-bit turnbased game it used to be. This game got the FF7 treatment. Even the "Hack N Slash, with no jump mechanic" feature. That being said, I enjoyed it for the most part. The combat was addicting as well as repetitive. That's what you'd...

Playstation 5, Sherlock Holmes -

Frogwares 2021 title: Sherlock Holmes might be the best game of it's kind. That being said, I went into this game fearing it's length due to the stigma of having "Chapter One" in the title. This game is amazing, if it's your type of game. It really felt like you were playing straight out of a Sherlock Holmes novel. So you can expect it be slow, extremely puzzle filled, and narrative driven. It's definitely an acquired taste but it achieved what it was going for. I loved actually solving the cases and finding clues but it did get a bit...

GearBox, PS5, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands -

Gearbox's 2022 title: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands! It's hard to say anything bad about this game considering it was mostly made from the homes of the staff! With that being said, it's actually an amazing game. I love that in incorporates melee as well as spell casting much more than the borderlands titles, by letting you find different melee weapons and spells. Though it's still very "Bullet Spongy" that's just how these games play and they really improved on that. I love that the story keeps up with the normal Borderlands silliness it made the whole experience more nostalgic for fans...

Game Review, Ghostwire, Playstation 5, ps5, Review, tokyo -

Bethesda's 2022 title: Ghostwire: Tokyo, a game like all the rest, but cooler. This game had amazing visuals tied in with an okay, yet interesting story. It felt like Dishonored, with dulled down bioshock powers. But I have to admit the interesting take on everything made up for all the familiarity. I wish they had done more than the short 6 chapters. The story itself was maybe 3-5 hours long, but the game is riddled with countless collectibles and activities that it makes the game a bit longer. Though I will say, I feel like they over did it with...
