Game Review, Playstation 5, PS5, Soulstice, Videogame -

Soulstice the action packed hack n' slash from Modus Games. It's one of the only games in a while that doesn't lie about what it is. It's a fast paced cinematic adventure thats pretty comparable to Devil May Cry. The addicting gameplay, makes the difficulty invisible. It was pretty intense but it was so fun, that it wasn't stressful. Which is a quality embraced by Devil May Cry. Not to mention, the gameplay got so chaotic that, becoming OP was pretty easy as you progressed. With the array of cool weapons, fighting was that more fun. I'm gonna say it...

Game Review, Playstation 5, PS5, Review, Team17, Thymesia -

Thymesia the gothic souls-like rpg from team17 is pretty much what you'd expect from an indie made souls like game. It was actually pretty addicting, and had an interesting story, as short as it was. I really enjoyed the semi-open environments, and the combat was pretty thrilling. I wish there was any sort of map system, because even though it was pretty linear, there were times when I spent a good amount of time running around in a circle and didn't realize it, but I guess that's just a testament to the environment. The boss cinematics were done really well....

Game Review, Madison, Madison Game, Playstation 5, PS5, Videogame -

Madison the first person psychological horror from BLOODIOUS GAMES is great game for those who love games like PT. It had a very interesting story, it kind of felt like it went off path a few times, and such is the fate of almost all indie games, it didn't feel complete and left a lot unsaid. The gameplay was fun, I love the interactive environments, and the picture aspect was genius. My favorite part was when I'd take a random photo and it was actually a jump scare. I do kind of feel like they overdid the jump scares at...

Game Review, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Stray, Videogame -

Stray, the cyberworld kitty simulator by BlueTwelve Studio. It's a very interesting take for a video game. It was a fun 3 or 4 hours but there's a lot I feel they could've done more. I was hoping we'd be able to understand the nameless cat. The story was actually pretty interesting but there was so much they didn't explain. What was the deal with the resident evil eyeball wall? Did we ever reunited with our kitty family? Why and how did the cats survive? Did any other animals survive? Are there actually no humans left? I could go on....

Game Review, Playstation 5, PS5, Review, Swan Song, Vampire Masquerade SwanSong -

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swan Song the super detective narrative developed by Big Bad Wolf, has the all the makings of an awesome game, but just didn't hit the mark. It has the story, and the potential, but at every point it just fell short. I liked the story, but it was so lore heavy that I found myself not caring about anything. It seemed to focus more on lore, than the actual story of the game. The entirety of the story, was like a side mission in any other game. It was 8 hours of "We're being hunted, whose...
